Blue Wave Society is an independent merchandise business. Purchases made through BlueWaveSociety.com are purchases of merchandise and are not treated as political contributions made by the customer.

Blue Wave Society has committed that $5 from each qualifying shirt sold will be used to support Democratic electoral efforts, subject to applicable federal and state campaign-finance laws.

Blue Wave Society is not affiliated with, authorized by, or acting on behalf of the Democratic National Committee, any candidate, or any candidate’s committee.

Where required for political communications, the applicable disclaimer will identify Blue Wave Society as the payer and state that the communication is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. The FEC requires this type of payer identification and “not authorized” statement for certain independent political communications.
