Blue Wave Society products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print providers through Printify.

Please allow time for both production and shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product, size, color, print provider, and order volume. Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Blue Wave Society is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If your order appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact Blue Wave Society with your order number and we will work with the fulfillment provider to help resolve the issue.

International orders, if offered, may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
